This was a fun TM game. The characters and scenes are a bit small. It was fun to play and had some different twists and turns from typical TM games. It was relaxing to play and not too stressful. There is good replay value in mastering all the levels. That said, there are only three stages, making it a short game. There are instructions at every level, which become irritating after awhile, but the player has to read them else not understand the task for the level. The "caveman talk" is hokey and the scenes between levels are annoying..press "skip." The game would be more fun if the player could play for a few levels without being interrupted each and every level by instructions. There are bonus levels at the end of the game. These seem an afterthought, probably because the game developer made the game too short and was told to add bonuses? At any rate, it's a fun enough game if you don't mind a short game.

i enjoy playing this game. it's a bit cheesy, but challenging. i found it difficult to get the flystone the higher the levels i played-of course. you do have to have a strategy to get everything done. you build huts/upgrade the huts/build quarries/take care of eggs/feed carnivorous plants all in the name of getting the cavepeople out of the caves and living outside. i like the simple graphics. i can play this game for hours. i know i'll go back again and again trying to get the flystone so my village will grow...

While I enjoyed the Egyptian version of Timebuilders, I found this one to be boring and repetitive. I just could not get into this one and deleted it after a few levels. The graphics are cartoonish (not in a good way) and the storyline kind of silly. All you do is click, click and click. Not recommended.

This is the kind of TM in which you run around, removing obstructions, constructing things and collecting food. It's not well drawn and the caveman talk sounds more like people making a poor imitation of some Eastern language. There are subtitles if you care to know what they're saying. The instructions are clear enough, and you need to pay attention because some things aren't too easy to figure out without them. Some things are distracting, like having to click at the bottom of the screen to do a function, like build a place, and if you want to collect an egg before it burns up, you have to be clicked on the egg, which means you can't be running around as you're watching that egg. It's an OK game. I didn't bother to finish it. There are better ones out there. (Well, I was going to add Northern Tale as an alternative, but it doesn't come up in the search.)
