I like the graphics in this game. The character animations are wonderful. The opening scenes really got me into the story. There is a lot of walking around but it is usually indicates where you need to go. The Hint button tells you your next task but the map is not very helpful. HOS are not typical which is refreshing. Puzzles are easy to moderate difficulty. Overall it is a pretty good game. The best part is definitely the story line. Enjoy!
Not my favorite type of hidden object (find the objects that go with the shadows), but the puzzles were plentiful and just the right level of difficulty: not so hard you have to waste all your time on them, but difficult enough to make you stop and think and work them out a little. The overall story is good as well.

This game was quite easy, but I give it points for a coherent story line, nice graphics, and smooth play. It was also short (a couple of hours). It had a really good premise that could have been much more challenging. I did like how the HOS were integrated into the scene and you looked only for things you needed. The shapes of them are given to you. Some of those were tricky to find. I did want to play it through; it wasn't at all boring, just a little too straightforward.
I really loved this game. It has it all. Interesting story, interesting characters, and beautiful graphics. If you like HOG/adventure games this one is a must play.

I can't think of anything bad to say about this game. Good graphics, exellent story and hidden objects that were objects, not just words of objects you had to find. I didn't mind the dialogue because what was being said actually helped you through the game. The ending made me believe there will be a sequel.

I started this game in relaxed mode and every move is layed out for you. No challenge at all, so I changed over to expert mode and did not get any promps on things to pick up or places in the rooms to visit. No arrows, no "hands", no nothing. To play in in expert mode you would be clicking on everything in every scene and that is not my cup of tea. I like a challenge, but this game is both not challenging enough and too challenging at the same time. A center ground would have been nice.
From the moment I started playing, I knew that this game was going to be different. The H/O scenes weren't lists of hidden objects, but more of finding silhouetted pieces to make an item, or complete a puzzle. Also, It was refreshing to not have to run back and forth just to find one item, or to hold various items throughout most of the game for no particular reason. The story itself was compelling. I never knew what direction it was going to go, but I knew I wanted to find out. The voice overs were great, the artwork creative, the mini-games fun...just an all around great game. At first I played "casual" but found it too easy. I loved that I could change the game to "expert" and vice versa at any time. The ending was a bit of a let down. Otherwise, I would have given it five stars. Maybe the platinum version ties up the loose ends and makes the game a little longer. Regardless, I still enjoyed the experience.
This is a fun game with lots of travelling around but not in an irritating way. This is a werewolf themed game with a decent storyline. There are literally hundreds of screens with the most beautiful graphics I've ever seen in a HOG. Well done, good re-play and okay for older kids but the storyline about a werewolf may not be appropiate for younger children. The hint button is truly helpful and recharges reasonable fast. The puzzles are challenging and not always very clear about what to do. That would be my only complaint.
The more I played this game, the better I liked it. Graphics were great, storyline interesting. Hint button basically just showed your task but was still helpful. You had a map to show where you were and where your next quest was but you still had to navigate to that area yourself (no jump available). Many portals but not too difficult to get around. I played the casual mode but I can imagine the expert mode would be quite difficult. A definite reco from me.
I just finished this game and I have to say, I haven't had this much fun with a HOG in a long time. The story was really interesting and kept me playing till I finished. I loved that there wasn't tons of going back and forth. For the most part, you could find what you needed in the general area in which you were playing and the pieces you were looking for were needed for the game, not random items. The puzzles were good. I had to skip a couple, I don't have a lot of patience figuring them out, but there were others that were really fun and not too hard. The graphics were great, voices great, hints great. All in all, just a really enjoyable game. I would definitly buy another like it. This is my favorite type of HOG.
I found the game to be fulfilling up until the almost the very end. The mini games I found them ok by standard. The hints were vague, but not so much that it drove you insane. Now... I gotta say, the end was a crash and burn. What the heck was that? I don't get it? Nothing got explained really? I like closure. At least a bit please. So for that reason it got a three from me.

I was not really sure I wanted to try this one as the last werewolf game I played was dark, confusing and a total bust as far as I was concerned, but this was a nice game and I enjoyed it. I liked that the hidden objects were in the area you needed them to be and they were an integral part of the game play. No random objects in a dark room that made no sense. Graphics are nicely done and fit the mood of the story and voices are good as well. You are caught up in the action right away and once started you are hooked. Your character is asked to meet her friend at an island Inn then apparently is not there when the two of you are supposed to meet. The owner chides you for entering the room where your friend requested you meet at the specified time, then locks you into the upper part of the Inn, stage set. There are some dark scenes but the items needed are not frustrating difficult to find. The mini games are fun and the map is very helpful at times. The story was a little strange with a few holes but nothing to really make you disappointed with the game itself. If there is a sequel, it would be nice if some of these storyline gaps were filled in. All in all, it was fun and I am glad I took the time to check it out.
The game has excellent graphics/storyline is good. It's just not very challenging and it's too short. I completed the game in 1 afternoon.

This is a big game - almost a gig to download. I found it a very interesting and absorbing game and one of the better games on offer. Lovely graphics, good storyline, interesting puzzles and not too many HO's. I liked the variation of HO by finding objects to fit into outlines. There is quite a bit of tramping around but the terrein is easy to remember. As it took well over an hour to download on my PC I have kept the desktop icon handy for replay quite soon. The presence of a strategy guide is always welcome although I think I could get through it without next time round. The goal of the game is to cure the vampiric beast who was sadly transformed. I ended up feeling sorry for him but glad I didn't meet him face to face!! I recommend this game, and the bonus game where you can collect disippated items from the museum which I really enjoyed doing. This was a worthwhile purchase for me - no regrets at all. Enjoy.
There have been many werewolf and vampire games, but this one is quite unique. In the first place, it's more of an adventure game then hidden object in that there are no actual HO scenes with a list of items to find. Items must be picked up as you move through the game and solve the puzzles. The puzzles themselves are varied, and some are quite unique. They run from fairly easy to moderately difficult with a bit of patience being required for some of the more difficult ones. The story line pulls you along, and the voiceovers are very good. The graphics are excellent, and the scenes are well filled with many interesting things. A lot of effort seems to have gone into developing this game, making it all the more interesting for the player. The map is quite helpful in showing you where you are and where you need to be, but alas--you can't click on a place and go there, which is a downside. There are a LOT of scenes to have to click through when you have to go from one end of the island to the other. A map that allowed you to jump would have been a welcome addition. The hint button will tell you where you need to go or what you need to do, but it won't tell you how to get there-you have to figure that out on your own. The bonus material allows you to go back in time and change history for the better. It's a very nice addition to the game. It does require you to revisit every part of the island, so there is quite a bit of trudging around to do. In summary, this is a very interesting and enjoyable game, and well worth the money. I will put it aside for a few months and then play it again.
I really loved this game. The play was sequential so you were not running around collecting things that you have no idea how to use until later in the game. The story was also really great. I was still trying to figure out if I was being helped or lured into traps (avoiding a spoiler alert, this is all I can say) all the way to the end. Finally, the graphics were well done. Much better than the "filmstrip-style" story telling of most adventure-hidden object games. More puzzles than hidden object find which was nice for me. I am getting tired of hidden object only and like the adventure, puzzle solving as a good change of pace.
I liked the game. Quite intuitive, nice graphics and story. Loved that it was more puzzles than hidden object scenes. But I expected a much bigger and longer game, when I had to pay for it. There are better games like this out there, that you can get for free with FunPass. For example The Abyss (?).
