I do NOT recommend this game! This game's premise sounded decent BUT what were the creators & publisher thinking?? I try to look for all the positives in a game but this was tough. I give this game what it deserves: 2 stars, primarily for the average music and graphics. Thankfully I played the "easy" mode for the tutorial & the supposedly quick refresh hint button. You are on your own after the very brief tutorial with limited arrow buttons, limited hints, NO map but a task list that is hard to accomplish because of the restraints & add the difficulty of backing out of magnified scenes. I wish Layernet all the best in the future on improving their next games.

The premise is what gets you, but that is about it. The graphics could have been better. The hint help really was not and it seemed to take forever for the mingames to skip. The story line weak and being limited to solving only one thing at a time, frustrating.

The whole thing was a mystery to me. What am I doing here, even trying to play this poorly created game for. That the true Mystery.

For an easy version of this game, it was very difficult and nerving. There was nothing easy about it and nothing casual about it. Objects are extremely hard to find. I didn't get too far in the game. I played inside the house, at the car(never found the key to the garage) and on the other side of the house at the fountain, gazebo, tree and bird nest. Could not get any further. I do not recommend this game to those who want to play casual because it will get on you nerves.

I found this game to be a bit disappointing. First of all the hint button was not at all helpful as stated by the other reviewers. I try not to use the hints, but this game had moments that were just frustrating and the story did not flow well. The dialogue was way too long in most cases and really cut into the gameplay. My last major complaint is that the game is ridiculously short and ends very abruptly right in the middle of the story. It seems that the creators mean to make a sequel, however they did not end this one smoothly at all. Too bad really. My recommendation is to try a different game, such as "Dying For Daylight." I reviewed that one and really enjoyed it.

This game is quite a challenge because it is not a straightforward hidden object game, although there are hidden object segments. Perhaps it would be better marketed as an adventure game, since the object is to work with items in the scenarios and progress through tasks. I thought it was very well done, with tasks that really made you think, but were quite logical once you figured them out (or looked them up in a walkthrough). The graphics are quite nice, with nothing too dark to see, except of course when the lights are out in a room. The storyline was reasonably good, and clearly leading to a sequel.

This game sounded very interesting, but when I actually started playing, I found it to be quite frustrating. The hints are not helpful (they merely point out what needs to be done and don't tell you HOW to do it) and the plot line is somewhat generic. If the graphics were breathtaking and the plot more interesting, I would have considered playing to the end; sadly, I neither had the time nor the desire to finish this game.

Decent graphics and well rendered objects, but very difficult to stay interested. With little information regarding what to do, or what to look for, it's generally trial and error. Such an approach would be alright for occasional scenes or puzzles, but when the entire game is this way, it quickly becomes frustrating. I lost interest and stopped playing about an hour and a half into the game. Perhaps in the future I'll come back to it, but with so many other excellent products out there, I would prefer to be entertained instead of frustrated.

This is a good game to play when you cannot sleep it works. I slept for over 5 hours and I have a sleeping disorder. Trust me don't count sheep just play this game.

This game sounded very interesting but all it is is frustrating. There is no guidance throughout the game. hints are useless. you pretty much click til you find something then wander around aimlessly. Finally got it somewhat figured out and then BOOM it was over. I am assuming it is set up for more games but it just abruptly ends with no preamble. glad I played with funpass and did not buy it. that would have been a waste of money.

The game is not clear on objectives. Hints were not useful. Erased this one from my computer

I liked this game a lot while I was playing it (adventure mode) and recommend it. The graphics are outstanding, the puzzles are challenging, and it is pretty long. There are no HOS scenes where you need to find a list of items, but you must find things in each scene to use during the game. You can combine these items to make new items. There is no map to direct you, but I used the hint button a few times and it was helpful. I said I liked this game while playing it because once it was over, I realized that the plot was pretty weak. But this didn't detract from playing the game. (minor spoiler alert) The game description says you are standing up to evil and saving mankind, but all you do is search scenes for clues to access rooms or get to the next location. The game is basically setting the stage for a sequel.

Quite disappointed in this game. As others have said, the hint button is of practically no use. You are often left clicking around wandering from spot to spot trying to figure out what task or direction to take. The dialogue is extremely long and drawn out. I wouldn't have minded so much if they had the option of clicking through but it was either skip the dialogue entirely or listen to the long, drawn out speaking parts. I can read soooo much faster than that so it was very frustrating. All that said it still didn't take me long to finish the game and the ending leaves you hanging and not in a good way. This is another one I'd wait for on clearance.

It is only because I am stubborn that I finished playing this game. First of all in order to open and play the game, I had to run it as administrator – otherwise it would not open. The game has no record book, therefore you must remember or write down the clues. It has no map. The Hint button does not show you in which direction you need to proceed. Instead a light will blink in an area which you have already completed. If you go the area indicated, and finding nothing to do you click on the Hint button again, you will be rewarded with “There is nothing to do here”. The puzzles are somewhat difficult and annoying. And you cannot reset them to try again. But, thankfully you can skip them! In the HO scenes you only need to find a couple of items. The graphics in HO scenes are fuzzy. The fact that you need to use a flashlight in the aunt’s home is original but quickly grows annoying since it lasts too long. And, later in the game, it happens again! But the most disappointing fact is that the game has really nothing to do with the title! Where are the battles with Legion that you are supposed to overcome??????? Please ……

DISCLAIMER: I only played the free trial. I don't know what to make of this game; I think it had the potential to be a great game, but was ruined by confusing gameplay and a less than helpful hint system. You play as a young woman who awakens to the ghost of her mother telling her that her special talent (apparently she can see other ghosts, not just her mother's) has garnered to attention of Legion (a demon) and she must defeat him if she is to save humanity. The graphics are so-so, not the worst I've seen, but certainly not the best I've seen, either. The most glaring problem in the was the fact that there was NO journal in which to help you keep up with important information, like the clues to puzzles. For example, you need a code key in order to enter the symbols in a puzzle next to the gazebo, but the code key is on the other side of the garden!! Do they expect you to walk back and forth? Another problem was the navigation; there was no map, so I sent most of the trial wandering back and forth aimlessly trying to complete tasks. If the hint system was supposed to help, I don't see how. It would simply point to the object that needed to be acted on in the scene. I ALREADY knew that the door needed to be unlocked, I wanted to where the heck the key was! Needless to say I wasn't enamored of this game. I STRONGLY suggest you try before you buy.

I thought the game was pretty good, althought I did get lost a few times. I had some trouble with the Find items not popping up until I had visited a scene a couple of times, resulting in a lot of excess wandering. However it is a 'cliffhanger' setting up for a sequel, and it always annoys me to get to the end and find out there isn't one.

Mystery is right??? its a mystery what needs to be done next. lol This COULD have been a decent game but somewhere someone dropped the ball!. Like the other reviewers said, If you enjoy being frustrated this is the game for you. the hint button is useless, there is no journal to help with things that you need to remember such as codes etc. I got as far as fixing the car and then went on a useless hunt to try and locate the ignition key so I could drive to aunties house. Like the entire game there was not a single hint to aid in the search and I finally gave up after endless wandering around searching for that bloody key. The entire game you must rely on your self to figure out what goes where and where to go next . The graphics were ok but nothing to scream about. I cant say about the music b/c i turned it of before I began game play. The only positive thing i can say for this game is there were no HO scenes (that I recall) all Items were hidden through out and were used at sometime during game. I am a FunPass member so it didn't cost me to play, but I would not recommend this game. I can't speak on the ending either b/c like I said I finally decided to throw in the towel and end the torture after searching for what seemed like hours for the car keys. It is definitely not kid friendly unless you want a bald kid running around lol. So save your time, money, and nerves and go find one of the many great games GH offers . ~LW~

I collected a lot of items but didnt know what to do with them. The hint button was not much help. It took me 45 mins and I was still in the first chapter without fixing the car. I think the game could have been pretty good if the creator had taken the time to explain it a bit better. (I played in easy mode!!!)

i agree w/ one of the previous reviewers-FRUSTRATING!!!!! 1st of all the story was one of the most creepy i've read-Legion??? i grew up in a pentecostal church & the event Mark describes in his gospel was always one of the scariest of any recorded in the Bible 2 me. so that in itself more than creeped me out. but, i know it's just a game so i gave it the good old college try. i found the graphics very dark. the dialogue was helpful to a certain point. it would give you hints, but then i couldn't figure out how to accomplish these hints. the actual hint button was NOT helpful-it didn't give enuf specicfic direction. i found myself extremely frustrated going back & forth from room to room clicking everywhere to try to figure out what to do. i have the subscription to gamehouse that i can play an hr trial-couldn't even last the hr w/ this one...

I thought this was an excellent game. Some places were very hard to figure out but not so much that you can't do it. You just have to think. The storyline was good as were the graphics and voice-overs. It is nowhere close to other games of this nature. It leaves you to figure out the stuff and when you use the hint button, doesn't help you in any great way, but enough of a clue to tell you where to go or what to do next. My only gripe was that it was just over. poof. done. But leaves you thinking there may be another game coming out sooner or later. If you like to solve puzzles on your own you will enjoy this one! Good luck!
