I love all nancy drew games. They are challenging enough to keep me interested, which is rare. Are there any other games out there that are similar?

I enjoy Nancy Drew games, but admittedly, some are near impossible for me to complete without a walk-through. This one, however, was challenging without being overly hard. I really enjoyed being able to play from other characters' perspectives. It was a refreshing change and added lots of funny dialogue. I highly recommend this game!!

As a life-long Nancy Drew fan, it took me a while to admit that I was starting to hate this game. I felt the switching of characters was just a little too gimmicky and non-intuitive. I felt it also made for a lot of busy work so it was hard to enjoy the neat little game world here. Lots of locations, especially the cool ice cream shop. I didn't like the tunnel puzzle at the end, as you have to run through it several times and take notes to compare to the book to work it out. I found the time limits surprising for some of the puzzles as you don't know there is one until...the fatal error. I don't recall other games being as particular on timing but some of the newer ones appear to be, so okay. Graphics were great, and the characters were really well filled out. The story was good as well. I think it's a shame that the gameplay could be so frustrating. If you are a ND fan, you might feel there isn't a game you can skip, especially one based in River Heights. But, if you are new to this type of game, you might want to give it a pass and try some of the other ones first.
I haven't ever played a Nancy Drew game. Me and my mom like hidden object games but when we tried to play this game I couldn't figure out what to do. The instructions are very vague and when you can't figure out the puzzle you die and have to try again. I'm 13 years old and if I don't understand it, i'm sure my mom won't understand either.

I love Nancy Drew games, and have played them all. This was a neat game because it was easier than most of her other adventures without being boring. I enjoyed playing as all Nancy's friends. Maybe I'm alone when I say that her games can be challenging sometimes, and I am no stranger to the walkthroughs. I think this is the first adventure that I completed without having to use hints. That was nice in itself. My kids (ages 12 & 9) always like to play these games with me, and they enjoyed it too. Can't wait to play more!
