This game was very good. It had a lot of puzzles that challenged my mind. I recommend this for the a non beginner HO player.

I was pleasantly surprised by this Playrix entry. It was involved, interesting, and the minipuzzles were slightly different without being too hard. (I only skipped one). It has a steampunk/fairy tale theme where you are saving a kingdom from the "Iron Lord" - an evil inventor who has taken over a kingdom with his robot army. The neat thing about this game is there are NO hidden object scenes - it is pure adventure and figuring out minigames and puzzles! It kept my interest all the way through. A quality entry - I play tons of these , this one is on top.
Scenery is great, not really a h/o game. Very easy to finish.

Very good production values, creative and imaginative story line and illustrations, lush scenery, excellent animated cutscenes, and full-on adventure make this a very special game. For those who prefer HO scenes, there are none. Puzzles range from simple to challenging, but all are cleverly presented. Main game is very long, bonus game is rather short, but both are very enjoyable. Highly recommended for those who enjoy adventure-lite games.
It is not ordinary finding objects games. Actually no any HO scenes during the whole game. At first, I was a bit disappointed about it. But then i was attracted by its storyline and challenging puzzels or mini-games. I could not stop it until I finish the whole game. Now i am playing the bonus which is in my opinion good part of the game as well. Good graphics, interesting storyline, decent music, plus very challenging and original puzzels and mini-games which is my favourate. The only one defect is that hint which is only tell you if there is anything you can do here or not, instead of directing the next place. In one word, this is good game for thinking, not repeatedly and simply clicking,
First is not a HOG, it's an adventure game and I'm not saying it wasn't good but it shouldn't be in Hidden category. That said it was a good game with good graphics.

More like an adventure than a H/O game which made it even more fun to play. Puzzles are fun and challenging, story is good, Loved it!

This was my favorite HOG of the year so far. It's not the same old formula of finding things that are listed. you find objects as you move along in the different scenes and the objects will open or connect to something to help you move on. The graphics are great and the s/l is also good. I also like that it's not a "horror" game. A lot of the better HOG have been scary and while I don't mind the scary factor, sometimes it's nice to have a family friendly game that won't have my jumping in my seat. Another great one from Playrix
The storyline was well thought-out & conveyed. The visual effects kept me anticipating the next scene, as they were quite captivating & pleasing to the viewer; extremely well animated & original. I didn't notice any "gaps or skips" in this game, as in (my own fictitious example): "You finally locate the long-sought after magical key which will open the hidden door that leads you to the next chapter you've been working so hard to get to. After you pass through this long-awaited corridor, you discover that you haven't found &/or completed everything from the previous section & you CAN'T GO BACK...argh. This is NOT one of those games where you'll need to throw the computer out the window NOR have to go back to the beginning of the game. I would recommend this a family-friendly game, as there was really no violence or suspense. I thought it a rather fun & whimsical tale and it made for an entertaining & relaxing afternoon! felt the game was entirely too simple, which made parts of the adventure seem to go on & on...(I even played Expert Mode and I'm NOT an Expert Mode kind of gamer!) :)
First: This is not a HOG, it is a casual adventure game. I did not find the story as captivating as dreamscapes - the sandman (same developer), but it is still a lot better than other games out there. It has a good length, the main adventure had a nice ending with the possibility of a sequel and so did the bonus chapter. The only problem I have with this game (and also the previously mentioned dreamscapes - the sandman), is that is way too easy. I found the puzzles nice with a nice variety, but I think I could solve them in my sleep, they were that easy. The hint system was also quite useless, since it only worked when in the scene where there is something to do (and it even did nothing when there was something to do in a scene within the current scene). Therefore I had to use the strategy guide a few times, just because I missed an interactive area (no sparkles in expert mode). So why the 5 stars? Even with my gripes about the hintsystem and the game being way to easy, it is still a beautiful, well made casual adventure, I would give it 6 stars if I could...
It's really nice to see an adventure game for a change. This one had great graphics, terrific music, and an interesting story line. The mini games were slightly different and sometimes challenging. While I didn't have any trouble with the mini games, I confess that I would have been lost a few times without the strategy guide. This is indeed a long game. It took me four nights of play to finish it. I was a bit disappointed with the ending of the extra game at the end, as I really wanted to see the bad guys caught! Although long, this game certainly held my interest. You need your wits about you for this one. I'm not sure younger children would enjoy this, as it is quite complicated, but older kids certainly will. This one does not disappoint!
This is such a fantastic game!! Beautiful, surrealistic surroundings. Wonderful cutscenes and well animated characters…

This game is very quirky with a very imaginative story line. It's not too hard to find your way around because past scenes drop off and you have just a few scenes to work through. Interesting graphics, scenes and mini-puzzles. Another reviewer said the hint button didn't really help, but it did point to the right way to go. Game has its own strategy guide which I used a couple of times. Sometimes you have to put an item in an exact place or it won't work, which had me clicking a lot. It's worth playing just for the strange characters, little helpful sidekicks, and sheer wonder of the world these puzzle makers have created.
If you are looking for an outstanding hidden object game then you need to look elsewhere. This game was cluttered, clumsy, and very poor compared to most of the other hidden object games on here. It's not hidden object and it's not much of a game. A child might like it but I'm sure even a child would get bored with this game after a while. Ugh! Just terrible. Don't waste your time on this awful game.

I enjoyed this game! The graphics are very captivating and stimulating. I couldn't stop playing! I would also call this a weekend game, as someone else mentioned. It took me 2 days of playing a lot. The mini games are not easy. Some being harder than others. They make you think in all different ways. There is a skip button, if necessary. All in All, a super fun game! Lots of quirky, cool & unique characters. too. The game takes a bit of time to download. Be patient! It's sooo worth it. Stretch out and relax while it's downloading... and close your eyes. Your body will be thankful. Once you start playing, it's going to be hard to stop. I have Fun pass and I play a lot of games a month. But if you don't have it, the game is worth buying. Thanks Playrix and Gamehouse for an Awesome game.
Wonderfully enticing. I didn't want to quit. I hope since the bad guy got away, there will be another. Playrix needs to keep this programmer/makers and give them a raise.

I shied away from even attempting to download this very large game until I saw some indication that the game would work. I have no doubt that GameHouse will get the issues worked out with recent games that didn't work. I have not finished the main game yet and have been playing for a few hours. The long download was long but playing the game has made it so worth it. As one reviewer previously said there aren't any HO scenes. Figuring out how to use items picked up is challenging but not too complex. The mini-games aren't quite mini and are original with thought in how to meet the challenge. I just finished the mini-game with setting the air bubbles to get the ship from one side to the other which goes though three screens of various obstacles. It was awesome figuring it out. I took a break to write this review just in case you are someone shying away from the game as well. Great weekend entertainment if you are not in I don't want to think mode. Thank you Playrix and GameHouse.
First, the only bad thing I can think of - I'd have loved a map. With that said, this is one of the MOST beautiful, creative and original adventure games I've played. It's breathtaking. Graphics are the new benchmark for everyone to aspire to. Someone worked hard to develop this one. From the moment you start, you're brought into a world like no other, with lush detail and a quality storyline. It is all adventure, no hidden object games except for finding useful things along the way. Each night my son would ask if we could play "that game" because it was a sweet fantasy world we could have fun in. Bravo!
I thoroughly enjoyed this game. Beautiful graphics with god sound effects. Interesting storyline. There was no map but I found you didn't really need one to navigate. You went from one chapter to another, so the portals in each scenario were limited and easy to navigate. But the best part of this game ... the minigames. Wow! VERY original and sometimes VERY difficult. A real challenge to the brain. Thank goodness there was a 'skip' button (which I used more than I'd like to admit). The bonus feature was like playing an additional game. A high reco from me. Hope you enjoy.
This game, while called a HO game, actually doesn't have any HO scenes. However, this did not take away from the quality of the game. This game had well developed characters and an interesting storyline. You could tell from the graphics that the designers had fun animating the scenes. I enjoyed the fun little references to Nostradamus, etc. :) Overall, it's a good game, and very kid friendly.
