Mahjong Quest is highly enjoyable and somewhat different to the usual Mahjong game. The main game consists of 60 levels, many of which are crafty puzzles disguised as deceptively easy Mahjong matching. The objective in each level is to free the gold tiles in as few moves as possible, as you score points based on how many tiles are left on the board. The points go towards extra lives. There are a variety of bonuses to help you, but not in every level. There are stacks of additional levels to play in the form of classic Mahjong and more cunning puzzles, with 4 different modes to play them in. The music is pleasant, the tiles are a good size and crystal clear. All in all, this game is rich in variety with 100% replayability.

I am a big fan of Mah Jong games and this one along with Quest II are great. The story that goes along as you play is pretty slick.

It starts out slow, but gets harder as it goes on. The story is cute too.
