Haven't finished my first time through but I am enjoying the game. The boards are the same as in previous games and I really don't know why it is called HD. I do not see a difference. I enjoy all the Luxor games so to have a new one is great.

I like the game as much as the original version. Having it in HD is actually a little distracting from the original. Like that you can play in a relaxed mode. I like that feature on lots of tames, time to play it a little and then switch to the more advanced mode when you want.

Played the original Luxor for years but this version is much more amazing for the eyes. Gets harder as you go along, but still a great game. The Luxor series only gets better.

The graphics, music and sound effects have the Luxor stamp on them -superb. Your rank names as you progress have that dry sense of humor which I love. However, I don't see much difference in this Luxor than the others that I played. I am on level 7, and I probably won't go much farther. If this had been my first time playing a Luxorgame, I would have given it a 5 star. I did notice the change in the backgrounds. They just made it harder to see the balls. Getting 100% accuracy is a real challenge. Overall, if this is your first Luxor, enjoy the impact. If not, .....

I love playing the Luxor games and this HD is great. The graphics really pop and there are a lot of twist and turns that make it challenging. I'm a little older that a lot of game players so I can't play it when I'm tired but sure do enjoy it otherwise. Keep them coming.

The newer versions of Luxor have no store. What is the point of collecting coins if you can't buy anything? It's not as interesting as some of the earlier versions.

I was disappointed with this game. It is not up to the standard of the other Luxor games. The game lags and does not give you enough time to catch all of the power-ups. I found it hard to enjoy playing this game, compared to the other Luxor games.

Even though this version is very similar to the other LUXOR versions, I really enjoy playing it. The graphics are gorgeous, the sound effects are fun and over all, it's a great time-waster! I love it!

I really like the Luxor games. I haven't gotten all the way through this one yet, but it is a fun game. I am hoping it gets a little more challenging as I level up.

The upper levels are challenging and the graphics can be distracting but that also makes it important to concentrate on what is happening on the screen.

This is a remake of the first Luxor, which is one of the best shooters out there in my opinion. I think the HD is a little deceiving because with all the improvements in gameplay since the first Luxor, including subsequently released Luxors, there's nothing special here. I give it 4 stars because Luxor is a great game, but not 5 stars because it's no better than the most recent Luxor releases, although you do get some options that the original Luxor didn't give you, like to practice boards so you don't lose all your saved lives on one board. I intend to finish this game, but after playing it for a while, I decided to replay some original Luxor, which feels more like playing on a real board instead of in cyberland. It's like the newfangled pinball machines don't have the personality that the old ones had or the fancy slot machines that cost 25 cents don't give a satisfied feeling like the old one-armed bandit machines that cost a nickel.
