I actually really liked this game. The graphics could use a huge overhaul, I wouldn't buy it, but I would download it for free easily. If you like tycoon type games, once you get the hang of it, it's pretty fun. I would like to see an updated, improved version in the future :)

This game reminds me of The movies game. It is good, and I like unlocking new things. The only issue is that sometimes I am stuck waighting, and get bored easily.

I really like the concept of this game. I have enjoyed it but I can see where it could be much better. The art is not great and that is a big factor. Nice animation is important or things can seem boring. Also I don't like how you have to choose from the cards above. This takes way too long. It would be a lot better if they gave you different categories so you can pick and choose from the one you already know you need. I can see where this could be an incredible game if they just made some adjustments. I really hope they come out with a new & improved sequel. I would definitely buy. As for this one, I would recommend downloading it as a freebie, but not to buy.

I'll first say what's already been said. This game has a great concept, but could be much better. Of course, graphics is an issue. However, it's cutesy and fun. Once you figure it out, you kind of get into a rythm. But it is choppy at first with trying to figure out what exactly to do. It's not terribly detailed, though. They definetely should have made an improved sequel, but sadly, it's obvious at this point they're most likely not going to. I consider this a 'clicky' game which I usually hate. So, on that basis, I gave it 4 stars. If you want an awesome movie-making game with great graphics that's super-involved, try The Movies from Activision. You can find it very cheap. You get to build a movie studio from the ground up, and actually control the scenes of movies, choose your actors' costumes, add a script, etc. You start out in the 20's and move through each decade experiencing the technological progress of movies and evolution of the different genres and even current events! Also, it's kind of like The Sims in it's graphics and execution. Your actors even get personalities that affect their performance and careers. Check it out!

This seemed like it could have been a really awesome game. Problem was that once the tutorial is over (they walk you through booking your first gig only), then I was lost. All I could get was "repair" set 100 times. So, I chose another script and actor and played like that for a while. I would try building other sets for 500,000 but despite that I had 625,000 it would tell me I didn't have enough money. Then I ran out of film so it told me click on the calendar so you can buy more. I clicked on calendar. I don't see anyplace I could buy more of anything. Nice, inadequate instructions. Some more direction would have been nice or at the very least, some helpful tips if the player seems to be struggling and time just continues to pass. Thumbs down.
