I loved the combo of games. I wish there were more games out there like this. Can't wait for the next!!!!

Been playing this non-stop since downloading early this morning and had to come "sing praises" regarding this game. Good combination of HO, puzzle and stragedy! Not a typical HOG (which I'm thankful for). This game could be "multi-classified" under HO, Adventure, Puzzle and perhaps Action.

Overall, I liked the game, the graphics, the story and the way it was set out. However, it was too short and it left you very dissatisfied with the ending. If I had known, I would not have purchased it. I have no intention of purchasing the sequel. It is definitely not play value for the money.

From the decsription sounded like a really cool game like Marooned but I was disappointed when I played it. I played for the trial but wont be buying it. Its to spread out to solve a puzzle or anything you have to go to everywhere and find stuff.

I love this game. It's fun and easy to play. The game moves along quickly and makes you think.

Though I loved the mini-games and pathways up to a certain point, I'm now stuck forever. I have explored every area I can find, but I cannot find four answers that I must have to continue. I use the HELP/HINT button much too often. At the four spots where I try to determine how to proceed, if I ask for HELP, it tells me that I don't have enough information to continue with that "puzzle." So I have four unfinished puzzles and no idea how to get the answers. In the end, I found it too frustrating because I had to give up. I've never done that before with a game.

Was challenged to keep looking and unravel the clues. Enjoyed it very much.

It seems to me that all games which take place underwater allow the producer to rely on murky seaweed filled water to make their game a challenge rather than clever placement. While a few of the puzzles were intesting even they were difficult to play due to wafting strands of kelp, burbling bubbles and the distortion water creates. I always feel as though the producer has cheated some how in using these effects.

It took me a while to figure things out, but the game kept me wanting to get it

This game was a challenge. I had to use the walk through. I skipped most of the mini games though as I just didn't get them. It says ....to be continued so there already is or will be a sequel. It is a great game!

I thoroughly enjoyed playing this game. I did not want to quit and was disappointed when it was over--I wanted to keep playing! The puzzles were good; I would have liked one or two to have been more challenging, though. I was delighted to find it a good mix of hidden object, puzzle and adventure. This is by far the best game I've played from here. I can't wait for the sequel.

you can spend hours just looking at the scenery. Breathtaking.... And the game/story is fantastic.

This game keeps you going...from one place to another and back again. Never a dull moment. You need to keep track of where you are...use the map for help.

I prefer that Hidden Object Games which, by design, are made to be more challenging, provide more game content as opposed to storyline than EOTD:TDS has available. As far as deficiencies go, there are a few: 1. The player is required to move between locations frequently, an act that is not challenging at all but is rather time consuming. 2. When the player arrives at a puzzle, both the length of time spent on the puzzle and the overall content of the puzzle suffer. There is too much time spent on too little content. 3. The storyline becomes so convoluted and the road map so complex that the player is tempted to abandon the storyline in lieu of finding directions to the next short puzzle. I enjoy Hidden Object Games in general. This particular one, however, never satisfies. The graphics are average, the content is average, the design is below average and the reward from completing puzzles, chapters and the game are anti-climactic. I suppose you can't please all the people all the time, but I'm sure there are others out there that would agree: there's not enough Hidden Object Game in this Hidden Object Game.

Empress of the Deep is a great game! The graphics are beautiful, and the story line kept me engaged. While some of the mini-games were challenging, others were easy, but they all were interesting and beautifully part of the story. I'm looking forward to the next one!

I love this game. It is definantly one of my favorites. The atmosphere was very relaxing and I love the game play. The reason I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because of how short this game was. I beat it in under 2 hours and that was very disappointing. However, I am looking forward to part 2 of this game and I am hoping part 2 will be longer.

I selected this game on recommendation from a reviewer of a different game and was not disappointed. The storyline catches your imagination right away and the scenes are beautiful. The HO's are just about right, some easy to find, some more complicated. The mini games are different and fun without being frustrating. More like an adventure with a few side games thrown in. Loved it!

I played this game on try out time, and after my trial time was up I had to buy it. I loved the scenery, and the plot of the game. I have replayed this game twice so far, and I have realized that the hidden objects are the same, but they are sometime tricky to find them still. Over all this game was beautiful, and very addictive! On the other hand it was to short. I'm waiting for part 2 to come out so I can see what happens to the main character!!!
