I liked the game till I got to one point where I can't find anything. I've gone back through every phase and can't find anything that will help me. I'm really sorry I bought it.

Splendid. Challenging. There were only two items in the game I could not find because the items were too much like the background colors on my monitor, but definately my kind of HO game. Mature storyline, so not for adolescents.

Concidering the Genre it is a bit more original than some. I think everyone would like to change their past. Graphics decent enough though the game was kind of short on where to go as the same places were used a bit too frequently.

I was a little apprehensive about this game at first, but once I got into it, I really enjoyed it. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was b/c of the story - w/o ruining the ending too much, it was just too cheesy to believe the stalking-since-childhood idea, along w/ the terrible tale that you learn while in the prison level. Maybe I shouldn't let these stories get to me. B/c otherwise, it was great.

but not as the days free game download. The game file is really big and so it takes a while for screens to load and between that and the ads, it just is too time consuming for the amount of game play you get inbetween. Maybe if this game goes on sale sometime I will buy it, because I want to play it but not this way. I am glad for you who had a chance to play it.

this game is interesting. the story is suspensful, and the music and graphics increase the suspence. while the objects are fairly easy to find, this did not detract from my enjoyment of the game. i want to know how it ends. thanx, guys for making a good game...

It is ok - finished in a little over an hour. The puzzles were way easy and the "seek and find" were super easy. Not enough challenge.

This is a great game! The story line is very good and you can really get into this game! The puzzles and HO puzzles aren't hard at all,I only had to use the hint or skip button twice the entire game.Play this game and you won't be sorry!

Wow! I'll admit it took me a just a little bit to get into the story because of going past to present but once I did I was there. I was hooked and held my interest to the end. This is what I call an IHOG/Adventure type of game with a few puzzles of course. Most of it however is traveling back/forth locations acquiring inventory items which some will be used more than once. Be sure to pay attention to the text while it's going from the scenes where it shows the game is loading. I found the information very helpful to move along in the game. The inventory part of the game did get thinky and a little challenging a couple of times for me but far from complicated or frustrating. HO scenes I found pretty easy for the most part, very few hints. Hint charges pretty quick. Puzzles not that difficult at all however can be skipped and pretty quick as well. Overall I think Alawar did an awesome job on this. Huge kudos to them: Story once I got into it I found to be well done, graphics are excellent, music is really good, and sure loved the game play trying to figuring it all out. A 5 star game all the way in my book and so much so I don't normally buy games since I'm a Fun Pass member but this will be bought. Give it a whirl and decide for yourself. I hope you enjoy it.

I was disappointed in how long the game was. I usually like to take my time, but this one seemed easy and short.

I just want to thank you for another great Hidden Object game! This one really has a lot of the elements I like, from HO's to puzzles to a good story line to adventure. Worth playing!

Overall Impression: A well-done game that fizzled at the end. I wish I could give it 3 1/2 stars; but since I can't, I'll go with 3. A star off for falling apart at the end, and one for no way of opting out of all of the handholding. Media Description: The graphics are well done, hand-drawn scenes. The music suited the scene and was a nice addition to the atmosphere. There were no voiceovers. Storyline: The story was told through skippable cut scenes. Most of its weak spots occurred at the very end. The beginning was a bit disorienting, but that turned out to be forgivable. The ending on the other hand was not. What had been a fairly cohesive story took a turn for the worse as it started falling apart and then disintegrated completely. Gameplay: This is your typical iHOG/Adventure blend with your standard setup - find something in one area and use it in another. There was only one mode so the player is stuck with a lot of handholding - sparkly hidden object scenes, interactive areas outlined in purple, etc. - whether he/she likes it or not. HOG Scenes: The HOG scenes are surprisingly neat junkpile scenes. In fact, they're some of the neatest junkpiles you'll ever find. Wish my junkpiles here at home could be so neat. Minigames/puzzles: The minigames/puzzles are integrated into the story pretty well and can be skipped after a minute or so. Hints: The hints are unlimited, but they do take a minute or two to refill. Will Probably Appeal to: people who enjoy games with a darker storyline to them and don't like a ton of toing-and-froing in their iHOG/Adventures Will Probably Not Appeal to: people who play a game as much for its storyline as anything else or those who hate to have their hand held during a game.

I was lucky to play this game for free offered by Gamehouse few days ago, and what a surprise. I like almost everything about it especially the ambiance. It is challenging enough but not frustrating, very colorful and dreamy. You can find all the objects in a reasonable pace of time. Its not too hard not too easy just so smooth and relaxing. The end was a bit quick though. But all in all what a surprise for a free HOG game :)

A must for any HOG player! Loved the storyline from the beginning all the way to the ending. The graphics were not " cheesy " but are of the highest quality in color and clarity. Moved easily from scene to scene , but still just enough of a challenge to keep ones interest. Would love to see a sequel , " Echos of Sorrow 2 ". But the first will be hard to follow with a #2. I have played many HOGames and would venture to say this is one of my favorites for the reasons previously stated.

This game was really addictive! I played the game from start to finish in about two hours, so a little on the short side. The storyline keeps you involved until the very end. I felt that once you sorted out all the pieces the end came a little abrupt. Beautiful graphics.

For me the game took off a bit slow but hang in there, it gets better. It is slow to change scenes or chapters but pay attention because it gives a clue while it is loading. The objects are fairly easy to find in the nice clear graphics, the artwork is excellent. The puzzles are not difficult but it does have a skip feature if you get tired of trying to figure it out. I usually turn music way down because after a while it annoys me but this music is pretty good and not over powering. The storyline has a decent plot and once you get into it you'll want to keep going. I also liked that the developers didn't have you hiking all over creation. All in all, it is an interesting, challenging, well put together game. Thanks gamehouse for bringing us another quality game.

When I saw this game I thought "oh no, not another hard dark game. I was pleasantly surprised when I started playing it. The graphics are really good, music is good, Mini games are not that hard, I ended up really liking it and am going to purchase it to see how it ends. Definately not for kids.

Having played literally hundreds of hidden object games, I enjoyed this one immensely. It was just interesting enough to keep me going and easy enough that I didn't need to check a walkthrough. It took me a couple of hours to play and they were time well spent.

nice graphics, interesting story line. very involved with needing objects and pieces to move on. i think the hint should help more with what needed to be done next. i got stuck a few times and the hint only bounced me around pointing out things in each room still needing to be done but not what i needed right then to move on, was a bit confusing. objects were easy to find (for me at least), out of the whole game i used the hint once to find an object. sounds, music, atmosphere were all great, some of the puzzles were a bit easy but over all relaxing as i needed it to be. nice game!
