Reviews of Collapse! Crunch
 | Added on: January 24, 2011
It only took me 30 minutes of the 1 hour free trial to decide I didn't want to buy this. Crunch mode was too much altogether, It was too busy and too confusing. Puzzle mode I might have been able to go further with, but I don't particularly care for puzzles. Strategy mode was interesting, but I've never been good at any of the collapse strategy levels. I had high hopes for 'big' level, until I played 3 levels of it. First off, the color bombs don't clear all of the color. That was the most disappointing part. Secondly, the way the blocks come in staggered makes and breaks matches in such a way that it just becomes frustrating instead of fun. Then the blocks start coming in way too fast. I think if the color bombs aren't going to remove the color across the board, and all the way up, then one column getting too high shouldn't get me game over either. This game was way too frustrating.
