The game was very fun kept you thinking and planning your next move. I liked that the space that you are building on keeps expanding so you always keep adding to the town instead of always starting another town over in a couple of levels. Will for sure play again!

I thought this would be just another build-a-lot, so I was suprised by how different it was. Although you are building this game is more about strategy then upgrading equipment and buying plans. I enjoy games like this but normally play them only once. I can definately see myself playing this game again.

It's a challenging game but it definately needs work. The list disappears and I found myself rebuilding things I needed in the first place. Also, the recreation things don't tell you their value so I would lose a level trying to finish in time. I can't see myself buying this game. I wish Gamehouse would concentrate on getting us better TMG and not so much HOG games. I know there is another site that has the most up to date TMG. I wish Gamehouse would follow suit.

I don't like that your list disappears after you build it. I seemed to be tearing down things I actually needed. Also, can't tell how many "stars" a leisure or recreational facility will add. Ok for the free trial but I would not buy it. Build a Lot much better game.

I downloaded the trial and played it, but it is not much different from the build-a-lots or build-in-time. The only thing I enjoyed about this game was the animations. Your uncle dies and you inherit land and money after you just get fired from your job. Maybe you would like it download the trial. It is definitely not a game for me, but you might like it.

Upon reading the reviews, I have found if you are the kind of person that likes that likes to play the build-a-lot style games... You will probably hate this one. Typically love games like this one. I have tried to play this game about 6 or 7 times; I keep getting frustrated. Even after reading the wonderful reviews, I had to try again. Thought maybe I needed a little help cause I was doing something wrong, looked for a walkthrough, only found reviews or more detailed tutorials. My biggest complaint: if something comes up that I didn't put in the queue, the little character will just jump rope until I click on the problem to be fixed. (I should be able to choose where in the queue the problem gets fixed.) If that one thing would get fixed, I might actually kind of enjoy this game... maybe... but at least I would try again. As for being kid friendly, only if you have a kid with really thick skin.

This genre of games are quickly becoming my favorite. This game for me is not like the build-a-lot's,it's very different. I like the fact that you don't have to keep purchasing the blue prints and hiring the workers. This little chick does all right by herself and if you take notice each time she does something she changes her clothes which I found to be really cute. She moves very fast and you stay on one map which I like it does expand with each new decade. The storyline is good the graphics and music I thought were good the music is with the time period your building. You really have to use the old noodle sometimes to get your goals. It's fun, it's fast, and just downright enjoyable they need to make more like this. You don't get bored because there is always something going on. It's worth the download !!

I'm a fairly experienced TM game player but this one was impossible. First of all, if I have to look for a walk through for the first few levels of a game, it is not enjoyable and gets deleted pretty quickly. I've never played a game where I couldn't get past the third level. I'm really disappointed because it looked like a nice, challenging game. Instead it's frustrating and, in my opinion, unplayable. I looked at some other websites that offered this game and read their reviews to see if I was doing something wrong. Instead I found review after review that stated it was almost impossible to play. I'm just really happy that I didn't pay money for this game.
