The story would have been okay, except the game is not challenging at all! This game deeply disappoints die hard HOG fans; you search for two-three items by piece and the pieces are not that hard to find. This game is a great one for Kids though.... I had to get rid of this game after two levels, way too boring to complete.

I loved this game. I like to try all the hidden object games some are a bit to tough others too easy this game was just right it kept you thinking and go between screens was a great idea. I can't wait for the next chapter please don't make me wait to long.

I found that all the puzzles worked. I did not find myself asking for hints. Traveling through the game went smoothly!

Help collect antique items by finding smaller pieces of an object to make a whole object, then use the objects with other objects to complete a task. Also, collect journal pages and complete mini-puzzles. Start in one basic area and other areas available. Many goals need to be completed. Much traveling between rooms in one local area, in order to find objects - back and forth, over and over again! If you're good at remembering rooms - once you continue to another goal, you will notice items have been added in the scenes, what you need to find. Great verbal hints, free - but amulet hints add to over-all timed score. Play at your own pace, but time keeps adding up to over-all score. The storyline is very simple, so glad the 'skip' button was included. Characters are very simple, too. Many still-scene blocks with voices. Wish could have played passed the second location, but every time the 'ad' supported commercial tried to pop-up, made game stop, error and close out completely. When I restarted the game, it would begin at the very start of the level ... did not save or auto-save my game play. After third time, I deleted. Overall, this game does keep you ever moving to complete the object goals, but repeats scenes at each location. Not sure if I'd be buying ...

Not as fast paced as some would like - requires a bit more thought than your usual HOG. I didn't realize until about 1/2 way thru the game that if you hover over the shape of the object (for which you're trying to find the pieces) each of the pieces become visible in a "hint" like fashion. This helps if the outline of an object is not enough for you to determine exactly what the object is. For example, a fishing pole. Hover over the fishing pole and you'll see the silver reel, and each portion of the rod along with their respective colors. Overall, a great game!

I had a difficult time enjoying this game. It was a lot of work to go through and find so many pieces to each clue. I am huge fan of action games and have played several. This one is just work.

I haven't played the game yet, but my wife has. She started the game and didn't quit until she went all the way thru. She loved it and said she just could not quit until she finished it.

A very boring game. I like fast pace and this was anything but that. It's good for beginners and kids.

Sorry, I quit this game and uninstalled it shortyly after the third mini-game. The game keeps you jumping around too much, from one "room" to another and back again, to find parts and pieces of objects you need to open up other objects. I don't care much for games where I have to keep putting items together. A little of that goes a long way. It's a lot more fun to search for complete hidden objects.

Not a bad game but much too short! I like the concept but it's too easy.

I have nothing but good to state. Graphics, storyline, objects, etc. They gave enough clues by shape, actual color (if you hovered over the item) or hints (if you weren't working on completing quickly). Back tracking to a previous room caught me off guard, but was no bigee. I am definitely looking forward to the continuation.

Your grandfather has recently died leaving you his antique shop and a mystery to unravel. You travel to several locations directed by a journal you found at the antique shop. The objects are in pieces scattered in two to three scenes at each travel destination. Finding and using the items releases more pieces to find and put in the proper place to acquire a certain number of journal page pieces to lead you to your next destination. There mini games throughout and most are fun to play and none are terribly complicated. This would be a good game for younger players and adult beginners of this style of gaming. It was a very relaxed and uncomplicated game offering me a few hours of pleasant game play.

I love my h.o games and this one was just ok. The story although somewhat consistant didn't really grab me, the scenes were ok but didn't challenge me that much, and didn't feel to engaged with the general play. I finished it relatively easily and got no satisfying "i completed it!" feeling. Ok for one of the freebie games, but if i downloaded the trial verson, it would have gone no further than the hour.

After reading some reviews, I was prepared to dislike this FREE program. However, I loved it from the beginning. The parts of objects were not very hard to find, but I used the Hints frequently. I don't like HOGS that have me searching for walkthroughs to get from scene to scene. This was fun and well layed out. Superb graphics, fun puzzles and smooth gameplay. A relaxing and enjoyable game for average HOG players. I can see that advanced players, who have no problems with Mortimor Beckett's Time Paradox, might be bored with this game, but not me!

I really enjoyed this game. It wasn't so challenging that you get frustrated, but it was involved enough to make it really interesting. I love all the variety of scenes and that they always change. It's funny to get to the Jade Coin and think it's over only to have a couple more scenes afterwards, but I thought the length was good, too. Overall one of the better or best ones I've played.

Another winner that just isn't your typical HOG. I loved this game and it kept me busy yesterday. More like this please.

***** Characters spoke throughout in appropriate voices with correct grammar when it wasn't part of the storyline, Moms! ***** Story Line kept my attention and had a twist in the end. I believe the 'tween' audience especially will like to see more of Autumn. **** Lots of puzzles! **** Graphics were detailed, and many scene changes to keep the game going. I found it relaxing. A youngster, on the other hand, might find it fast paced. I don't think any story board format is going to be 'fast paced'. I did recognize my Great Great Aunt's teak wood, marble stand in the China scene; I was impressed with the authenticity!* * Hidden objects--boo hiss. Not only hidden objects, but pieces of hidden objects in illogical places! If you insist on having them, at least make them complete objects and at the scene of the crime, so to speak! This is why I rate this game FOUR STAR ****

I'm usually not into hidden object type games but this one was fun, entertaining and was interesting. I definitely recommend you try it.
